Our alpaca farm is situated in a peaceful valley just outside Ulverston, a market town in South Lakeland in England. We have around eight acres on which we keep our herd of alpacas. At present we have eighteen alpacas.

We started our business in 2006 with a foundation herd of one brown female and two fawn females all with calves at foot and two black males. Since then we have been breeding white alpacas as their fleece can be blended with coloured fleeces to produce attractive blends of yarn, which we are using to produce exclusive knitwear. Alpaca fibre is luxuriously soft yet hard wearing and often people can wear alpaca who are allergic to wool.

We have a range of jumpers, cardigans, waistcoats, gloves, scarves and hats available in various styles and sizes. Please see our Fibre and Fibre Products page.

Alpaca manure is a very good fertiliser for gardens and allotments. We sell bags of manure at £2 per bag (we use standard 25kg feed bags). We can deliver locally to within about 10 miles radius of the farm. We have had repeat customers over the past few years and we get very good feedback on the results. Please contact us if interested.

If you would like to see the alpacas and to feel and try on the knitwear, please contact us by email or telephone to arrange a visit to the farm.
